Review the location beside ranges, dishwashers, walls and islands. A deep drawer must be able to open fully without entering a blocked traffic path or contacting an adjacent handle. When a three-drawer cabinet fits the plan

A three-drawer configuration creates three storage levels. In the current Nerro product presentation, the drawer-front proportions show a shallower upper drawer and deeper storage below. This can support a mixed storage zone, but the exact contents should be matched to the selected product's specifications.

Three drawers do not automatically make a cabinet more useful than two. The configuration is helpful only when the planned items work with the available layers. A cabinet chosen only because it “looks balanced” may duplicate storage elsewhere or conflict with the confirmed cabinet schedule.

Use the same width shown in the plan. Changing from a 24-inch to a wider or narrower cabinet affects the entire run, including nearby fillers, appliance openings and countertop support.

If a three-drawer unit is being considered as a substitution, compare it with the original product line by line: overall width, drawer count, finish, handle choice, adjacent clearance and the items assigned to that storage zone. Record the approved change in the cabinet schedule so the cart and installation documents remain aligned.

When a four-drawer cabinet fits the plan

A four-drawer configuration divides the cabinet into more levels. It can organise smaller or flatter groups of items where the confirmed storage plan benefits from additional separation. More drawer fronts do not create more cabinet height; they divide the available height differently.
